With a passion for ethical, wholesome food Robert worked for both Eostre and Salle Organics on Norwich Market before taking on the stall himself and forming Folland Organics. As an ecologist and fan of good food Shelley had a natural interest in nature friendly growing, particularly organics and thus the business became a family enterprise!
